Appointment cancellation policy

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made the same day, please notify at least 2 hours prior. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. In the event of inclement weather, and salon is forced to close, deposits will be carried over and appointments will be rescheduled.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

While cell phone use is not prohibited, I ask that you avoid using while chemicals are being applied and while at the shampoo bowl. Masks are now optional.

To ensure the safety of our clients, as per limited spacing, we do not allow extra guests. In addtion, we do not service children under 12 years old, nor are they permitted in the suite. 

Appointment Preparation

When removing a protective style yourself at home, please detangle the hair as much as possible as there is an extra fee for excess time spent detangling at the salon.
